merchants will refresh their stocks with new random items after a day and night cycle

now with more variation you can choose between 1 to 7 days for restocking
in this update i added more option to choose.

just a quick fix for time problem
the first version would require you to play 24 real hours to allow merchants change their stocks but now they will change theirs after a day or a little bit more.
