Someone at the steam workshop asked me to upload this one here so I did.
Of course you can find it there, too.
Anyway:
I always wondered why the bombs destroyed blocks into nothingness. One day I was really annoyed by that so I searched the workshop for a solution and only found nothingness.
So, as I grew up with the Tim Taylor show I did it myself.
Therefore, bomb explosions drop material blocks.
Funny enough the same goes for small meteors as they use the same explosion as bombs.
Oh and it doesn't work on brain blocks because brain is just too hard to break. At least not just one. 20-30 bombs in quick succession are a different story...
