Displays a helpful tooltip that shows an NPC's favourite gifts.

    Full localization support!
    • Fixed an issue where the gift tooltips wouldn't display if you were playing with a non English language selected.
    • Item names are now displayed in the selected locale.
    • Gift tooltip title is also displayed is chosen language (translations may be iffy).
    • Fixed an issue where the gift data was being loaded an additional time when it didn't need to be.
