Enhanced Matter Manipulator 3.2

  4. Fixed last range upgrade not working.

    There was a bug when you didn't have Manipulated UI installed you couldn't select the last range upgrade, should be fixed now. [sync with Workshop version]

  5. Sync with Steam Workshop Version

    Completely redesigned the entire MMUpgradeUI.

    Upped power upgrades to a total of 19.
    Upped range upgrades to a total of 7.
    Upped size upgrades to a total of 7.
    Added single handed and flashlight upgrades. (Both disabled)
    Fixed compatibility with Manipulated UI.

    Please unsub the MMM compatibility fix for now, it won't help. I'll have to make a new one until V6's rewrite.
