[Starbound 1.4+] Playable Fenerox! 1.8.0 + 2020-07-31

Makes the adorable Fenerox species, playable!

    - Removed a bunch of colors (Turns out more is not necessarily better.)
    - Changed some hairs, possibly temporary
    - Organized the colors in a pleasing way, hopefully
    - Mod now comes as a .modpak
    - Added Fenerox ship locker (using Novakid texture)
    - Added Fenerox flag (Using Floran texture)
