Changes the Bunker Supervisor tenant into a merchant that sells stuff from the removed USCM Bunker dungeons, and also some other miscellaneous human furniture and items.
If you already have Bunker Supervisors hanging around, you will need to tear down and replace the Colony Deeds to get them to open up shop.
Not guaranteed to be compatible with other mods that alter Bunker Supervisors.
