Here you go, this should work.

Just extract and put HatMod in your mod folder. Conflicts are 99.999999999% impossible.

In admin mode, type "/spawnitem charlatanhat 1" to get it.

If you want it to come with a black bandit mask along with the hat, type: "/spawnitem charlatanhatveil 1"

/spawnitem spawns the item at your cursor, so put your cursor on your character first.
