Who told you that? Of coutse everything is bad if in too big dozes but milk is one of the best things to drink health vise. I think me not having any memory of a broken bone goes to show that. I'm not sporty mind you.

I don't think that's true. A person might be lactose intollerant but that doesn't happen to everyone.

Actually, the lactose intolerant people are completely normal. Those that aren't are mutants.
