What's happening here?

The day number indicates how many days it's been since I crossed the fate-worse-than-death threshold of suffering, which would be when suicide becomes justified. However, because of one promising treatment we found, I have chosen to stick around to give it a chance. Since I'm no longer really able to endure the mental pain, my mind has been decaying into madness.

I didn't realize this last part until just a few days ago, and now for whatever reason I decided to keep a mini-journal of how I'm feeling each day.

That's pretty heavy..and dark..and heavy.. I hope you'll overcome this
