What does this weather icon mean?

    If you don't mind me asking. I'm talking about the second one from the left, the one that's red and white and looks like a person waving to you while on top of a cloud. Its been bugging me for awhile now.

    They really should have like a hover-over thing to help but I'm sure people can get most of the symbols. It does look like heat-tech in a sort of fog though... Or that strange thing from Mario is going to be throwing stuff at you while you dash around the surface? :D

    I always thought that meant it'd snow so hard new layers of snow would be created, possibly covering the player in it... Ah well, maybe in another update.
