Pixel Weekly Pixel-Off

Maybe make it four frames, make the cat's eyes change every two, and make the snow change in every frame. I think that might improve it.

 

I've never really done pixel art before. Is it cheating to draw a really tiny image and then grow it bigger?

I'm pretty sure it is. Anyways, here's my take on this

Definitely not cheating, draw small then scale. Otherwise you are just making way too much work for yourself.

 

I think a good number is around 10

 

No time so I quickly illustrated my story of what happened this morning.

Once again, pretty sure it doesn't count to draw it, scale it, and then apply pixel filters, but whatever.
A traveler discovers the beautiful blossom of the Kerrik Death Flower.

I just realized that the flower looks less like a flower and more like blood, which makes this a bit more disturbing.

It's a flower, guys!

No, pixel filters don't really count. If you want a competition like this for Digital Art, check this thread out.

 

The normal classification difference between pixel art and digital art normally depends on the lack of filters and special tools.
also the filter is causing it to look blurry, I want to see your picture before it had the filter on it
