    ENTRY.​
    My submission for a sea creature. Something that randomly popped up in my head; the Hydrethonayithan.​
    A somewhat expressive creature, brimmed with a flaming mane upon which the beast flares when mating or defending its territory.​
    The Hydrethonayithan also has a natural light which it uses to blind its prey and predators.​
    Its spine is protected by a thick layer of exterior shells, allowing for the Hydrethonayithan to hurl itself into other creatures.​
