An Upgraded Entry
I expanded it a bit - that's why I decided to create another post.

Constructive criticism is really appreciated.
I myself don't like the dithering all over the piece, but I don't know how to get rid of it.

Initially I worked on this, but flipped version seemed better.
Flipping produced dramatical changes here: tranquility is converted to danger.

 

I would try using less/no dithering in the clouds, but that might just be my personal preference, as I don't particularly care for dithering.

Dammit muxaun did you really use 7 colors for that?

 

No, I used 10 colors.
And I am thinking about adding two more colors to get rid of dithering.

 

I like the dithering on the ground. It kinda looks like hot air.

 

Hmm, your lightning could use some work - as in placement, not technique -, but I really, really like it.
