I don't really know how they would work. Changelings can drastically morph their bodies. Could make a near unkillable soulless, because they could change their body to not be damaged by water/cold. Unless I totally misunderstand changling powers. I really don't get how they would mesh.
If they were damaged by water in any of their forms, then they couldn't become any carbon based life form. Would severely limit their range of transformations.

To sum it up, Either:
1) The soulless-changeling becomes immune to water/cold=overpowered
2) The soulless-changeling becomes unable to become any creature with water in it's system=lame
3) The soulless-changeling has some other mix of changeling/soulless powers/weaknesses.

Soulless, under some surcumstances like Sareace, if a Halfbreed is mixed right they can have water resistance, and have Carbon components inside them, reason why a Changling soulless would be quite hard to kill.

HOW IS THIS RELATED TO MY POST......

First off, to clear one thing up, carbon is not water dumbos. And besides, changelings basically live off of magic, so it'd work somehow. If you wanna go with epic, you could just be able to shapeshift into anything but modified to have all that fire blood and stuff. That, or lose a majority of the souless aspect, as in instead become a huge fire elemental, but less prone to water,but also less powerful with fire and stuff.. There's also the option of it all just being an illusion, but thats lame shit.
