Ship Upgrades Update

Finally, they're working on it (maybe)! I'm out of ship space!

 

im ready for a ship upgrade update update! when do you think they will update the update for the upgrade update?

The Hylotl stuff is just not high on the priority list which is why we haven't gotten to it. I believe the thinking is you can enjoy the villages and stuff we have in the game and missing the Hylotl content isn't as big of a hole as something like ship upgrades. I might GUESS that the Hylotl stuff probably won't be worked on for a while and instead we might do things more important to the core gameplay first. Like getting progression in a better and less temporary area or other systems that have a larger affect on the game than just an underwater city, which would be cool and all but probably isn't quite as needed.

(That was all random guesswork)



What is not random guesswork is we've showed off most of the human ship upgrades. So you don't have to guess what it looks like. We've showed off an Avian and Glitch upgrade too. No Star Destroyer. You can see it yourself.

 

When did you show off the avian upgrade? I never saw it...

 

I believe you go up via teleportation--notice the human ship has those small rooms above and below the teleporter.

I think the avian ship needs more guns... it only has two cannons, everything else has more...
EDIT: Come to think of it, that's probably not the final form of the avian ship. To small compared to the others.

 

so the glitch get a flying castle and the humans get a heavy cruiser/ battle ship

 

I hope one of the Floran's upgrade is the back bulb from Bulbasaur.
or even VENASAUR.

 

So is the avian ship gonna be a giant pyramid.also the guns on the back of the humanship make no sense wouldnt they just hit the front fins.

Probably not, if you think about it in a third dimensional perspective. The guns would probably be on either side of the fins.

 

Hurray! After all, your ship is your new home more than any planet really.

 

Aww, no Star Destroyer Ah well, still looks pretty friggin' awesome.
