It seems it's working by it's self now... Maybe they patched server threw steam?

Before the patch there was a workaround for this by changing the "upnpPortForwarding" to false in the server.config at the assets folder, but it seems they removed this option.

 

Getting the same output as Shimizu on Win2008.

 

Ok it seems they just moved the "upnpPortForwarding" from ../assets/server.confg to ../starbound.config
I've changed it to false, server stopped crashing.

Fixed my issue by revalidating the files using steamcmd (command used: "app_update 211820 validate")

I didn't change anything and it started working again. Maybe updated by Steam in the background. Not entirely sure.

 

Agreed, my Starbound.config file has only the basic configuration, (resolution, sound volumes, fullscreen) so I'm very confused. This is a frustrating problem to work through.

 

It seems they changed the location of the UPNP config line.

"You can find the Variable "upnpPortForwarding" in the "Starbound/assets/default_configuration.config" File. (Looks like they changed its Position)
You'll find it on line 7. Setting it to false fixes the crash for some people."
