We get lots of e-mails regarding missing e-mails, changed e-mails or people who otherwise can't recall if they have pre-ordered or can't remember which e-mail they used to do so. Use the Humble E-mail Re-sender tool first! If that doesn't work, you can take the following steps. 1. Find your purchase receipt from your payment provider (Paypal, Google Wallet or Amazon Payments). If it's no longer in your e-mail, go to your payment provider's website and find the receipt in your purchase history. 2. Look for a transaction ID. It's a 13-character code beginning with an X. Other useful info on the receipt would include date of purchase. 3. E-mail email@example.com with your transaction ID and briefly describe your problem. We'll get back to you ASAP!
