New Hairstyle Suggestions

Here's your tentacle Hylotls, nerds (along with some other fin styles)



Next up is Avians.

 

The only reason I'm not sure those would work well as default heads is because of the emote system that is in place with the direction arrow keys and such (try it if you haven't, it changes the facial expression on your character).

Some of those would be neat helmets though if they scrolled, like an led sign or something.

@thefluvirus I really like the first one and the second from the last. Actually, I like most of them. I tend to play with like an old man balding cut as a Hylotl, but I'd love to see some of these options in-game.

 

I am suddenly motivated to sprite more. HUAAAGH.

 

I quite like the two in the middle, squid heads, yay! If you are not busy at some point, do you think there could be a Mega-Swampert style fins?

I think florans need more options for long hairstyles, the one we have at the moment isn't very detailed.

Agreed. Leaf textures are neat, but I'd also like a grass texture and maybe a flowerpetal texture.

Human females (or just females in general) need more ponytails with bangs/hair covering an eye. Personal taste... I just hate seeing foreheads.

The "Ponytails of Skyrim" Mod has a lot of good examples.

 

I'd like to see Plantera-like floran hairstyle. It also could be good reference.

Also moustaches.

Being able to play as something other than a cleanshaven 20-something would make me more likely to play as a human. (Read: possible)

And besides, grassbeards for the Floran, come on! Or Catfish Whiskers for the Hylotl!

 

We know from the A.I. that Hylotl can have beards!

 

hey I have a great idea about what you guys could do. you could let people change their hairstyles by adding a little mirror into the game, that you could find in chests, or houses, or you could melt sand into glass and add it with some woof on a crafting table to make one. that would be great.

 

id like more long hair for human females ( down to your legs)
there is olny like 2 of the 60+ that are like this
