Very nice, you could make another version, without text and simply show the size of the skull next to a player to get an idea for how it would be worn. Then I will vote.
my idea flopped. twice due to my idiocracy. and lack of common sense mainly my lack of common sense. so i am going to support your idea instead!. as i like dragons. i like the shape. having the base around the horns curve up alittle would be nice. and since i tried so hard to draw my hat here it is.
I think it looks great! Put a book under the grey thing at you can call it "Knowlegde Pump" as it pumps the book into your brain!
