im a huge starbound fan when I first heard about it, but I would love it if someone could either make me a raichu race I could play as, or help me make it myself so I could play as my raichu OC if I really wanted to. As Raichu isn't humanoid, you'll probably end up disappointed... it is possible, but any armor and clothing you want to see on the Raichu race will have to be custom-fitting, as all armor made for humans will just not fit correctly and will clip. Unless you make it a humanoid Raichu race, but then that isn't Raichu...
Y'know, being a Raichu Fur, I'd LOVE to see something like that. o: I probably wouldn't stop playing Starbound ever xp
