I like the variety of pre-installed pieces on the instruments in Starbound, and recognize many like Moonlight Sonata, Hark the Herald Angels Sing and things like that. There are some pieces though that I like and haven't heard, nor can I find, elsewhere, like 00100001 and Sarabande. The latter definitely isn't the Handel one, and 00100001 sounds great but nothing shows up when I search for it on Google. Anybody know where I can find those two pieces?

Well... this comes up when I search for "00100001 song" on google. Also this. I'm pretty sure that these aren't the droids songs you're looking for, though.

I'm curious about it now, too.

I think that those might not be the same songs. Just a slight feeling. Also, if 00100001 is meant to be binary, it translates to 33 in base ten, which is a Smashing Pumpkins song. still not the right one, however.

As many of threads of this nature exist I will humble the question.
    You got two options.
Find a midi, then use Starbound Composer to make it into a on track song.
or search the forums or google for .abc files of songs.
Unless you know how to read .abc files and make a new one using .txt document.
    Which is not likely.

I'm not asking how to add more songs, are you sure you read the whole post?

Ah the wording of your post was slightly odd, also I was tired.
I will look into it tomorrow. I should be able to track it down.
Maybe clarifying that your looking for the origins would help.
