Just traded my Haunter on the GTS for another haunter similar in level xD score! Free evo AND a japanese Gengar xD.

On another note I've got affection building down to an art.

holy crap, i think i just found my brother in a wonder trade... the same name, and same area...

 

Need Head It unlimited mode unlocked (beat Easy normal and hard)
1. Play Head It unlimited
2. Get a 15 combo (or 60 points) than intentionally lose. (gives 2 5-heart puffs).
3. Get a 20 combo (or 100 points) than intentionally lose. (gives 3 5-heart puffs). (playing a game twice resets hunger and petting thing)
4. Pet 5 times and feed the pokemon the 5 puffs you just earned.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 until pokemon is at max (or desired) affection.

It's pretty quick, I got the Japanese Gengar I just earned to max affection in 15ish minutes. Note that when playing Head It unlimited you need 60 or 100 points to get the puffs but it adds your highest combo score to your points, so if you drop one at a 10 combo keep track of that.

You can go higher if you get to 200 points you get 3 stars which gives you 5 puffs, 4 5-heart puffs and a 4-heart puff, but I find it faster and easier to get the 2 and the 3, plus that auto resets your hunger and petting whereas if you get 3 stars you have to play again. This way you don't build up a massive excess of puffs you never want to use. Also, you're welcome

Oh, one last thing, if you do poorly a 15 and 20 hit combo won't be enough, remember it adds your combo to your current score, so pay attention to your score, you need your highest combo+current score to be equal to whichever you're trying to get at the moment (60 or 100) and doing this enough times you WILL do poorly at least once.

Not surprised, it's a common used strategy, I just varied mine from the "standard" a bit. I found mine simpler and faster. More... efficient.

On another note, once you've levelled up the Battle Chateau it's a great place to get experience and money (especially with the coin) and than just go and battle at restaurants for an hour while you wait for it to reset.

 

the bank thing is old news, know about it since the game was released.

 

I haven't really payed attention to Pokemon stuff, I got Black 2 for christmas and didn't get very far in it before I got bored, something about Y is keeping me interested, so I figured I'd look into stuff. Found the bank. I want it bad xD.

your pokemon are stronger than most? if you defeat most pokemon with relatively the same ease, then they must all be closely matched, which means they would have more of a chance against eachother.
