I can't wait until we all play Starbound while chatting on Steam. Infinipods will be so much more humourous~! and I might actually begin to talk in a lower voice or even imitate other voices...

Xenforo decided it would copy my posts. "Server couldn't respond in time", you know?

Nothing annoys me more than having to delete X amount of posts each day because the servers / forum can't handle their own reply button...

My ninja assassins killed it while you were looking.

 

Yeah, I've gotten rid of a few. I find the best thing to do when that happens is to reload the page on a different tab to see if it really didn't make the post or was just faking.

 

You won't believe how many times I did that. I think the forums are out to get me, because I see nothing in the other tab. When my post finally goes through, so do all the other attempts, leaving me with 2+ posts to delete.

I'll begin to put a story into the 'reasons for deletion' box just because it happens that often, and I'm sure anyone who looks at all of those reasons for deletions would like to see something other than blanks and "double post" responses.

 

Try typing in a small novel for why you delete it. Something that basically has nothing to do with the reason for deleting it, and maybe like a side note in the middle, add "And it double posted for some reason" then keep on with your story. See if you can confuse them while also annoying them. Could also make a message to keep: "Xenfro hates me and made it double post."
I like the novel idea. Next time that happens to me, that's my plan.

We should see who has the greatest deletion novel at the end of the ... well, whenever it ends!

I'd also like to see if it invites one of the mods to investigate why all of a sudden people are becoming avid writers. ( As to who the mod will be would answer my minor question of who in the world would go through all that boring stuff~. ) :catface2:

Well, you see, it all started about 20 years ago, when my cat's great, great, step, twice-removed, thrice added, aunt went out for a stroll. I found a mushroom while hiking. This was the best mushroom ever. It makes whoever eats it omnipotent. I chose to step on it. I didn't like the color. After crushing it, all the forces in the universe wanted to punish me in every way possible. So, rain now always falls here, when I play starcraft I always misclick and never select anything, Xenfro made one of my posts a double post, which I'm deleting, I always get ambushed by creepers in minecraft, I've died from fall damage 12 times in skyrim, I always take fall damage in worms of about 1 point. From straight up and down. And I also trip a lot more. My IQ has also dropped by more than a few points. About 50. All in all, I think that all is well.
