The mod by itself works for me. When I start the game the extended character creation shows up. Problem is, when I add mod races, they do not show up. Not even the elf race that comes with it. The extender is just empty. If anyone can help me it would be appreciated.

I noticed at least one other person on the last page had the exact same problem. Maybe the mod hasn't been updated or something. Edit: No, two people had the problem. One of them did not unpack the .rar file into their mod folder and stated this was the problem. Did you unzip/unpack the .rar file into your mod folder?
Yes, I did unzip the file into my mod folder. I'm just not sure what it is, but thank you anyway I will see about asking in the mod author's topic.
