When my floran examines pretty much anything. Was in a 'Heck' biome earlier, examined a brain block: 'Floran want to ssstab sssquishy brain!'
Also another time a glitch said she thought I was a pot plant.

I seem to recall a picture of a female glitch saying something along the lines of "Embarrassed. My optics are up here."

 

anot so much creepy really, but my favourite is a borrowed quote, the description of the strap leggings.

'Feels like I'm wearing nothing at all!'

Laughed for ages after reading that.

 

My base is near a Glitch village and this one female always asks me if I want to go somewhere private and "exchange data."

 

Had an Avian tell my Floran today "Avian chicks dig Floran accents"

 

Mine isn't a quote. In fact, it has no words the level of horror that went down.



Then there were the various threats of cults watching over me.





Not as horrifying as the first, though.

 

Just now, was looting wandering through an Apex apartment building, when one of them told my Hylotl "Draw me like one of your Floran girls".

 

That's golden.

 

When speaking to a Hylotl npc as a Human, they said "Life's always better down where it's wetter." That just sounds like an innuendo to me.

Also, another Hylotl npc said "I'll fight anyone who rejects pacifism." Totally not contradicting yourself or anything.

 

When I meet a Glitch.
"Innuendo. Want to go somewhere private and... exchange data?"


When I meet a Hylotl.
"If you want to settle down and start a family, come back to me."

 

I really think the devs are messing with us at this point.

 

The npcs are furries! Half of them want cuddles from an type of creature and half of them want to kill you!

 

Well, more funny than creepy. I couldn't stop laughing when I inspected the captains seat in my floran space ship.

"Smells like Apex butt"

 

Not really creepy, but I had a Glitch say to my Avian:
"Threat. Are you familiar with the concept of wishbones?"
EDIT: Even found a picture of it.

 

Oh god...

 

I looked through the files for villager quotes. Some are quite disturbing...
One I found was quite funny:
"Why did the Hylotl blush? Wait, no, that's not appropriate."
I also found this creepy Hylotl one:
"I've been training as a necromancer."
I'm actually afraid to put some of them here, for fear of the post being deleted.
