Those axes are fancy! They look a lot more fitting for starbound, I could see them being used as industrial tools as well as in battle
I absolutely love the fact that we'll have plenty of designs available for placed teleporters, great hearing that swords are receiving some extra attention and the axes are pretty sweet too and all......but at this point in time I am just dying to hear more about the builder progression system.....that is what I play this game for, building extremely epic stuff.
Lookin' good! Just had a thought... although not quite as easy to do, what if the weapon images were randomly generated using arrays of parts?
I love that pathfinding test facility. Has a strong Aperture Science vibe to it, yet put to an actual PRACTICAL testing purpose. Now maybe when I find that fellow escaped "guest" at the Floran Party they'll do more than simply fall into and jump out of a pit of poison forever.

Oooh, wonderful axes! Now we just need some glowy-lasery-energy ones for late to end game fun... Like chopping trees down faster... and other things.
I really like these axes. Good job! I have one request for You devs: can You make spears able to block like greatswords? In my opinion it is not fair that only two handed swords can do this (I don't count shields here; two handed only). Block duration could be shorter if necessary.
I feel like this is the intersection between pixel art and fancy axe designs. And this stuff looks awesome! No longer will I make fun of Supernorn and his fancy axe ideas, or his fancy axe designs. They are truly wonderful, and Starbound could use some fancy axe graphics! I,too, like the hooked axes...
