Mwuahaha! Ever since I saw that fight about the first post I was planning on how I could snipe it... So I stalked the news page until it was posted! ... What is wrong with me... Now, to actually read todays post. Of course hats are important, there's a whole game that revolves around just hats. It'll also be nice to be able to play guitar at my computer while I play guitar on Starbound. My brother will no doubt find the msot annoying song he can and play it on the loudest instrument he can find... Best first quest: Bring coffee to bravo.
Hurray! 3rd is the one with the hairy chest Dueling banjos EDIT: Maybe once the quests are working could we see a simple one being completed in a future update? Ex "Build Frank a small wooden home before nightfall. Rewards: 1 rusty iron sword and 5 pixels."
You guys have no idea how much I've been anticipating the idea of fully implemented music bands. I know how to make Midi files, but I've been reading on ABC Notation just because of that. [Side-Learning ftw] Still deciding on a good name for our intergalactic garage band, haha, though we have some good suggestions already~
Music's going to make this game so awesome. EDIT: Could their potentially be support for adding a keyboard in the future? Such as I take a keyboard and play it real-time with the keyboard provided in-game?
The music feature makes me think so much of Mabinogi's music feature, except without the need of having to level or grind up a skill to fully utilize it. It's gonna be snazzy to mess around with, that's for sure!
It's good to hear that the descriptions are finally finished up; it sounds like a tedious task! Not to mention the fact that band functionality is finished!
My band shall tour the universe!! You guys should make it so NPC's cheer and whatnot after your song. Nice update Molly! Keep em' coming, I cannot wait!!!
Wait now... Is it possible for a race to kill another race and get meal ingredients from their bodies? Like, a roast duck with Avian meat, or a garden salad with Floran leaves?
Do certain quests reward us with items? Or pieces of an item. And once you collect all the pieces of the item you can craft it. That would be pretty cool. That's one heck of a way to get people to do quests. lol I got carried away and forgot to say, "Thank you for the update." : )
