Outdated RWBYbound - Universe & Weaponry 4.0 Upbeat Giraffe

A lot was added in todays update. I wanted this out yesterday, but I gave it an extra day just to make sure I pushed out most of the bugs and balance issues. Enjoy an extended changelog if you feel like reading it.

Global:-
-All items on the dust crafting table have been properly indexed now. First it will show weapons, then wigs, then armours. Gears and Steels are close to each other on the Anvil, Fabrics can be viewed on the Spinning Wheel.

Armours:-
- Added Roman's Hat, Pyrrha's Breastplate, Pyrrha's Pants, Jaune's Breastplate, Jaunes Jeans, Blake's Shirt and Blake's Tights.

Weapons:-
-Added Roman's Cane
-Tier II added to every weapon. Strive to craft this if you want an overpowered alternative.
-Added a special property to Tier II Crocea Mors. May change in accordance to the RWBY Series.
-Tier II Magnhild [Folded] and Roman's Cane. They have a much bigger blast radius. Especially the Magnhild II. You have been warned.
-Stormflower was nerfed a bit. At Tier I it was outdpsing nearly every weapon at Tier II.
-Melee weapons damage was increased across the board.
-New sounds for the Stormflower.
- Tier I weapons were reduced to 'Rare'. Tier II weapons are now 'Legendary'.
-Recipes are 99% final now. Most if not all weapons will require Improper Gears and Superior Gears.

Misc:-
-Added a cheatmode package for anyone who just wants to use them without using mats. Also used as a debugging tool.
-New items were added to the Anvil.
-New items were added to the Spinning Wheel.
- Hotfix to the inventory screen.
