Ore Plants+ (RAM's version) v1.64

Converts stuff into seeds. Farm stuff!

    I brought the cost of initial ore/liquid plants down, as it felt a little high, especially with the decreased drop rates. This way you can begin ore farming at the beginning of the game.

    Also, I really began to hate the tentacle plants, so I changed them up to be less ugly. Also, improved a number of other small things that you probably wont even notice.
