Added tiers for each of the ore and liquid plants.
Added a new machine to convert your old seeds with that's purchasable at the terramart.
Changed almost every value in the mod to make it more balanced and fit the new tierd system.
Couldn't thoroughly test it this time, so if you find anything off let me know so I can fix it right away.
