Well, what you should know about me is that I'm a peacemaker. I solve conflicts everyday, but you know, everyone has their own problems as well. I'm also pretty good with advice. I have a good sense of humor, I like to play soccer, I'm good at drawing/singing/sports/video games/reading/cooking/etc. Yeah, I have a lot of skills. I could work on my humility though.

As for my Starbound Character, well. Here's a "little" bit about him... Btw, you would be more acquainted with the setting of the lore if you checked out: http://www.rawcritics.com/community/index.php/topic,10697.0.html

The Lore of the Avian Blademaster, Akavir.

Name: Akavir Duskfeather (later reincarnated into Staxirius the Panda)

    Alignment: Good/Righteous

Race/Characteristics: A Black-feathered Avian skilled in the arts of the blade, having renowned battle strategies; Akavir is always determined to make the right decisions

Age Timeline: Birth: Enslaved by The Elders and separated from family
    1-15: Slave/Trained
16-17: Led Escape and Rebellion on Kapoten/Drifted into Arctorus Orbit
17-18: Met Forte and Team/Discovered long-lost brother Lt. Keel
18-20: Founded the Phoenix Brotherhood/Betrayed by Korion

NOTE: Akavir's lore is more of a fictional story than a lore based on actual occurrences, however I will probably set up the stages as to where these events took place and make it seem as if they did happen. Then once the game is released I will base it n actual events.

Background: Akavir was born on the very distant planet of Tyreth. Tyreth was a colonized planet of the Kluexian Empire, and was therefore a very religious world. Most inhabitants were of the Avian race, and any that were not usually had been converted to the standard Avian religion; the belief of Kluex. The state of this world was tranquil, that was, until foreign slave-masters ruled by The Elders (brutal warlords who seek to enslave any nation that oppose them; they seem almost human, but there are a few visible features that separate them such as the slightly longer necks, shaved heads, and pointed ears) came and disrupted their peace. All slaves were designated a planet at which they were to spend the rest of their lives working. Akavir was captured and separated from all of his bloodline, and being just a newborn, grew up in slavery on the world of Kapoten. During his childhood, he began to create his own personality and decide his beliefs. He knew nothing of the Avian god Kluex, but he had faith that there was an omnipotent being that created and ruled the universe. The Elders had the horrific plan of training an army greater than any other in the known reaches of the universe, and Akavir showing great advancement in combat and skill, was personally trained by The Elders to withstand any enemy. Despite his intimacy with the Council of the Elders, he hated them and would never resort to joining them. Being a hero and a figure of hope among his fellow slaves and having several more years of age and experience put behind him, he led a rebellion against their slave-master and helped them to escape their lives of labor. The rebellion lasted only several weeks, because the large band of slaves successfully fought their way to the Shuttle Docks. While guiding a fleet of stolen shuttles, Akavir and the others were ambushed by pirates. Knocked unconscious from a collision with another shuttle, Akavir drifted in space for an unknown length of time.

He awoke in the shuttle, being the only one in it while orbiting around a planet unfamiliar to him. This was Arctorus. Akavir used the remaining fuel in the shuttle to propel himself towards it's ocean. The impact left him nearly dead, and darkness fell over his mind as he watched the mighty waves crash down upon the shuttle. Still holding on to his last bit of life, he was rescued and awoken by a young man who came across him on the shoreline. It was days later that he finally came to full consciousness. Stumbling out of the tent he was laid in, he glanced up at the stars, none of the constellations being known by him. Sitting on a rock by a campfire, was the young man. Not understanding the language of him, Akavir too sat trying to determine what he was saying. Discovering that this was Forte, a soldier of Arctorus, Akavir decided that he was indebted to Forte for saving him. Afterwards he met many of the various peoples on Arctorus. He began to learn the language of the people, as well as adapt to their customs.

Many months later, Akavir met up with Forte and his team after they had called him for a meeting. It was this day that he would once again be reunited with a long lost relative of his. Lt. Keel (who is later reincarnated as Ra) was a brother of his, though they never knew each other due to separation at birth. This was discovered after Akavir had gone through the identification process in the capital city of Ultima. At first, the two had a hard time getting used to the fact that they were brothers, having grown up in very different ways and believing many different things. Though eventually, they both accepted each others' beliefs and actions. Keel and Akavir grew to be not only brothers in blood, but brothers in combat and nationality. Akavir felt as if he finally had a place to call home. Arctorus was the only point in the universe that he finally belonged and had a family. It was not by chance that he had flown here, it was his destiny.

Akavir was indeed very skilled with many forms of the blade. As a slave on Kapoten, he was taught a vast amount of techniques by The Elders themselves. Not being accustomed to the atmosphere of Arctorus which had mana within the very air, he soon discovered that it could be used as an advantage in the arts of the blade. Each strike could accelerate what seemed ten fold, and every outcome much greater while also leaving a fiery path behind it. For many months he trained and discovered new connections between the weapon and the mana. It was not long after this that Akavir felt the desire to serve this new world by training and uniting those who wished to become skilled in the arts of the blade. With the permission of the Guilds Director of Arctorus, Akavir founded the Phoenix Brotherhood and sought for pupils who would acquire many titles of the swordsmen. All of them would be put to the test as to whether or not they were worthy of learning such power. Of the many that proved worthy, there was one that was above all outstanding, Korion, a red-feathered Avian with very dull features. Korion was tested worthy after forging a blade like none other for his master, Akavir. While this may have been seen as an unwise judgement by some, Akavir's decision was final. There has been rumors that Akavir had only chosen Korion because of the magnificent blade which he had presented, and not because of the skill that he was worthy to acquire. He cared not though, for he had much larger problems. Every night, reoccurring nightmares of him being taken from his family and enslaved by The Elders, tore at the blademaster. Red glares that beam out of the windows of Akavir's bedroom have been reported to him, making him all the more uneasy. What and why this was happening set him on edge. He needed answers, and he was going to stop at nothing to get them.

Having put much trust and faith in Korion, Akavir asked of him to watch outside of his bedroom to see what exactly was going on while he slept. That night the nightmares seemed to have been exaggerated. He relived every moment of the rebellion, watching hundreds of his fellow slaves and friends be murdered by the swords of the Kapoten slave-masters. The next morning, Korion stated that nothing extraordinary or unusual had happened. Now being very puzzled, Akavir laid on his bed, glaring at the mysterious Amethyst on the hilt of the sword Korion had crafted for him which hung on a rack above him. He desired at least one more try to find out what was happening. That afternoon he met up with Forte and explained all that was going on. Forte agreed to come over to the bedroom window after the red glare could be seen. Finally, night came around and Akavir successfully fell into a deep slumber. Fortunately, the red glare could be seen and Forte advanced silently towards the window. Having never seen anything like this, an uncontrollable mass of shapeless fury, Forte was petrified. After quickly coming to his senses, he ran inside prepared to use any means of banishing the thing. Akavir woke, and everything went blindingly bright. Forte was in some sort of enhanced state and was manipulating all of the energy within the room. Contracting the nightmarish mass into a ball of pure light, he sent it from whence it came, the Amethyst on the blade from Korion. Afterwards, Forte fell to the ground being very exhausted and unfocused, while Akavir immediately took to action. He had a guard take Forte to the infirmary, while he investigated the once corrupted blade Korion gave him. It seemed purified now that Forte had attached some form of mana to the Amethyst. There was no doubt in Akavir's mind that it had previously been enchanted by one of the High Elders, enchanted to create a portal that was a pathway between the Nightmare Realms (a lightless place where there is no method of escape and no communication with other people) and Arctorus. However there was many questions that needed to be answered. What was the creature that had been sent to harass him, and how did The Elders know where he was or how to communicate with a being from the Nightmare Realms? What part did Korion play in all of this; is he actually a servant of The Elders? He requested of the High Guard to allow him to personally confront Queen Jenova on the matter, and warn her of the dangers of The Elders. While in the meantime, he sought to find and question Korion on his role in all of this.

Seeking answers, Akavir prepared to find Korion. Taking the sword from Korion with him, he began to search the streets of Ultima for the traitor. The initial place he believed him to be was at his residence, but no such luck. The young swordsman wouldn't dare leave the walls of Ultima at this time of night, knowing that the nocturnal beasts roam the lands outside. Walking around the park stupefied, Akavir had no clue as to where Korion was. All of a sudden something flashed. He regained his vision, but was standing in the Manor of the Phoenix Brotherhood. He was in a visionary state, like a dream but only what was seen was real. Everywhere in the manor, everything was ruined and torn apart. The great banners that once hung the walls now lay shredded and tattered upon the floor. Among all of the destruction, a small object could be seen protruding from beneath a rug. Akavir was then released from his vision and was in the park again. He then hastily made his way to the manor, with an extreme rage yet a feeling of uncertainty. Upon arrival, everything was exactly as he had visioned it. Then he remembered the rug and the object coming from it. Tossing the rug across the room, he discovered that the small object was a handle to a trapdoor that was hidden. Opening it and cautiously climbing down the ladder underneath, he found himself in a small corridor with several doorways leading to rooms that would petrify the heart of any cowardly man. Advancing very slowly, he glared into the first doorway. Akavir stand motionless, all except a tear of sorrow making its way off his face. Inside were the lifeless bodies of his pupils, each of which were heavily mutilated, all except one. Korion sit in the midst of the swordsmen without making a single noise. Akavir called out to Korion, but he did not respond. Silently, he approached the young avian. Putting his hand on the shoulder of him, and he then turned and looked intently at Akavir with a sorrowful expression. Akavir then fell to the ground, knocked senseless by an unseen person.

Regaining consciousness to an annoying siren, Akavir lay on a cold, metallic floor while every other moment a red light flashed past his face. He felt the dried blood around the portion of his head that had been clubbed before he fell. Finally gaining enough strength to reopen his eyes, he observed that all around him were crates and sacks full of unknown objects. How long had he been out? He knew it had been days due to the oncoming hunger and the burning of dehydration in his throat. Trying to regain balance, he pushed himself up off the floor. The gravity was different. Not sure whether he was still on Arctorus, or if his senses were just playing tricks on him, he stumbled over to the iron door. Noticing his Manablade tossed against the side of a crate, he quickly grabbed it and prepared to leave. As he opened the door, a sudden and forceful pull nearly shot him out of the room. Within the next few seconds he found himself struggling to breath and rapidly losing body temperature. Holding onto the edge of the doorway, he pulled himself up back into the lonesome metal box. Scouring the entire room for something to prolong the amount of oxygen he had left, he came across a space helm and desperately equipped it. The air rushed back into his lungs as the helm started using its supply, but he would need to hurry if he didn't want his body to give up in the freezing temperatures outside. Preparing to leave the death trap once again, he searched the crates for something useful to use. Several yards of rope, some plastic bags, a compass, and a bunch of old, tattered books, none of which would help very much in this situation. Taking only what seemed beneficial, he tied the rope to the door handle and ascended into space.

Constantly watching his body core temperature, he tried to create as much heat as possible. Discovering that this was a warship, one of the Sovereign Dominion military fleets, and that he was still in the orbit of Arctorus, he tried to recall from his training on Kapoten where the escape pods would be located. Strange enough, the entire ship was abandoned. Obviously it had taken massive amounts of damage by either hostile enemies or natural phenomenon, and Akavir knew that he'd been lucky to survive such an event. Having only a few minutes of oxygen left in his helmet, he hastened his pace. As he climbed his way onto the Main Deck, he noticed the pods along the opposite wall. Using the last few feet of rope he gathered, he cut it loose and carefully leaped his way to the last remaining pod. To his inconvenience, the helmet ran out of the remaining oxygen and his throat began to dry up. One can only travel so fast when out of breath, and the fact that his limbs began to freeze didn't help. The frozen blademaster struggled the last few feet but luckily made it into the escape pod and launched himself into the atmosphere. The temperature and oxygen levels accumulated quickly as the shuttle hurdled towards the planet, but perhaps the speed was growing too fast. Watching his distance from the ground, he decided that it was time to eject from the shuttle and parachute down. Activating the airlock, he strapped on the parachute and was shot into in the sky. Akavir took a very rough landing, but nonetheless recovered from the fall. Then using the compass, began the trip back to Ultima.
