the original unpatched fallout 3 ending in a nutshell, thank god its patched.
its just bull**** that bethesda wont fix all lore breaks,lack of choice and the endings in fallout 4, they changed the story in fallout 3.

You! the vault dweller must go into the highly unstable radioactive reactor for no reason ohter then that you are the protagonist! to punch in the code, while the super intelligent highly functional super mutant that can write, read and count, and that's also immune to radioactivity poisoning and that have sworn to help you then bids you farewell, then stands on the ohter side and watches you die slowly, but hey! at least you saved us and your unnecessarily and dramatics sacrifice will not be forgotten (gets completely forgotten) also you don't have a choice! ohter then that you can write in the wrong code so everyone dies, because there are no time left! (got lots of time left) also the remaining enclave gets away, regroups and makes a new base elsewhere. everything gos back to its s***y normal and your dead.
