    You also would need to set up a Russian proxy to redeem a region locked game outside of that region which is against Steam's TOS and can cause your account to be terminated.
    Whats not against the TOS is using a proxy to buy a non-region locked game as you can redeem the key without the proxy. I made use of this last week as Nuuvem only wanted Brazilians using the site to purchase Borderlands The Presequel but the keys they were selling would also work in North America.

    Eh, I normally wait with Civ games. Plus, I'm currently saving for some other stuff, maybe if I see it on a really nice sale but I doubt we'll see one so soon.

    i did a few 100-200 games of beyond earth.
    It's pretty difficult to get used to, I couldn't figure out how to get affinities in my first game.
    Then I slowly picked up and learned, then even stumbled upon some pretty interesting story stuff.
    Signing off from this one I'm level 5 supremacy :)

    I don't get "few 100-200 games" but other than that, yeah.
    As far as I understand affinities are rewards for reaching certain points in the tech web (spreads out in different directions rather than linearly, the different affinities mostly move away from each other) and they do seem to have quite the story component in the game unlike in previous Civ games.
    Furthermore, Supremacy is dominating the aliens with robots and such.
