So hey, anyone know of a good (and definitely has to be free,) alternative to windows movie maker, only, you know, not completely terrible and crash happy? I ask because apparently trimming down 54 minutes of footage from 9 videos to under a minute is too much for WMM to cope with.

 

I CAST THINE QUESTION INTO THE PIT OF GOOGLE, FOR THE ORACLES HAVE EVERY ANSWER!
... apparently, Lightworks is good, but it has a steep learning curve.
