Hey guys! Newbie paramedic here. I'm kinda inexperienced when it comes to sealing up wounds, but I'm sure some more seasoned medics should be able to show me the hospital-grade ropes. Um. Will there be any serious limitations for people of my position, or is it more like "Here have some medical supplies now go do whatever you want as long as you still kind of heal people from time to time"?

Yep At least as far as I know, we're being pretty casual the majority of the time. Then later on (Director Mode will help) we'll be having a whole 'clan storyline' thing going on where the factions will probably be more relevant. Also now that I look properly: Y4Y T3R3Z1 -H1GHF1V3S- Even though I don't really like her now.
