Depends, why Quadro? Are you doing some heavy graphics stuff or something? Why FX? Why 2 sound cards? AC cooling? HDD? 1500W PSU?
With that budget you could easily get so much more power, it's just the matter of picking "proper" parts.

 

I know nothing about computer building.
But I figured if I buy over the current graphical edge, I'll have a computer that will be able to play games well into my old age.
I really, REALLY don't know what i'm doing, just picking what sounds like it would be powerful.
((FYI, my budget is 12K))
